Do you offer free delivery?

We charge € 4.90 for delivery for a Hövding and €2.90 if you order one of our seasonal covers.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your Hövding order has left our external warehouse, you will receive a tracking link from FedEx. Seasonal cover orders are sent as a letter via PostNord.

What delivery options do you offer?

Hövding orders are delivered in person by FedEx on working days, 08:00-18:00. As Hövding is classified as dangerous goods, FedEx may not change the address or deliver the shipment against power of attorney or to a delivery point. However, you can order your Hövding for delivery to a work address, for example. Seasonal covers are delivered via PostNord.

I have not received my order.

You can easily track your parcel’s progress at www.fedex.com. On the tracking page, you can also ask for notifications when its status changes.

If you are not in when the driver attempts to deliver your parcel, you have the following options:

  • Request delivery on a different day via FedEx. You can call them on +46 40 169 160, Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, or reach them via chat or email.
  • Collection at your nearest FedEx depot. For collection, you will need your tracking number and photo ID. If anyone other than the recipient collects the parcel, they must have the tracking number, photo ID and a signed power of attorney from the recipient.

To which countries do you deliver?

We (currently) deliver Hövding via our webshop to Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France and the Netherlands.
