Hövding’s status does not update correctly (Android)

If your Hövding is connected to Hövding App but its status doesn’t update correctly on the app’s main screen, follow the instructions below.


1. Check Hövding’s connection

Open Hövding App and make sure that Hövding is connected.

2. Reset Hövding’s connection

Hold down Hövding’s Multifunction button for 3 seconds – a sound is played and the Back LED alternates between green and red. Wait for 1 minute, until the Back LED goes out – the connection is reset and Hövding’s status will update.

NOTE: While the Back LED alternates between green and red, Hövding’s status is displayed as Inactive with 100% battery. The actual status is updated once the minute has passed.
